These cats are available for adoption at Larimer Humane Society. If you don’t see an animal that meets your needs, please check back regularly as we are always getting in more cats looking for loving forever homes.

All cats will be fully vaccinated, spayed or neutered, tested for FELV/FIV, and microchipped. We ask adopters to provide nutritious food, fresh water, shelter and future veterinary care. 

Consider adopting a working cat.

All types of cats come through our doors. Most of these cats will make great indoor companions, but others just aren’t be suited for a life of leisure. For cats who are less social with humans, or who used to live outdoors with families outside of city limits, our working cats program provide placement with families where these cats can live more independently in a barn or shop.
