Pepper is a sweet, shy kitten who is still learning to trust the world around her. Due to her under-socialized nature, she thrives in a calm, quiet environment where she can slowly build confidence at her own pace. With patience and love, Pepper will blossom into a loving companion. She would do best in a home without a lot of noise, where she can feel safe and secure as she continues to grow.
