**By submitting this form, the finder agrees to care for the found animal for up to two weeks, while all attempts are made to locate the animal's owner. If, after two weeks the animal's owner is not located, the finder will assume ownership of the animal. If the finder is unable to care for the animal at any time during the two week period, the animal should be brought to Larimer Humane Society to be held through its stray period.
